Naw, it was the kickstand. Made from a soda straw, and wouldn't hold her up!

Dangnabbit! It's a crime, the bloody cheap stuff they make toys outta these days!
That's almost as bad as the real thing! My Spyder's OE kickstand didn't work either!! Took me forever to find it too - not even mentioned in the glove-box manual And the stealer was no bleedin' help either, didn't have any clue what I was on about, let alone any idea where it was meant to be! I reckon that's why the delivering dealer never fitted it - too hard to find where it was meant to go then to make work properly! Cost a bloody arm & a leg to buy an aftermarket unit that fitted as well! It was so bloody hard to track one down, you woulda thought there was absofreakinlutely no call to ever fix or replace them!
