    Default Difficulties getting Front pulley reimbusement from BRP - help?

    I need some suggestions. Early October i submitted a claim to BRP for the two front pulleys I have had to put on my 2015 F3S. Everything went well and they would send a credit to dealer near me. I made 2 attempts to use credit at dealer. They say they have not recieved any credit and BRP insists they have and it is between me and dealer. I really do not know what to do at this point.

    Has brp provided any proof of their claim. They should have some transaction number?
