Anyone tried TricLed's Afterburner tail light for 2020+ RTL?
Has anyone tried the TricLED Afterburner LED run/brake/turn signal tail light available for the 2020+ RT? I recently traded my 2019 RTL for a 2022 Sea to Sky and the only thing I don't like about the new Spyder is that I think it needs more lighting at the rear. This is the only aftermarket tail light I've seen that impresses me as a significant addition to the rear lighting. Just curious if anyone has tried it and what you think about the end result.
I should have made my inquiry more expansive. What I want to know is not only are those with these tail lights satisfied with them but in addition are there other rear end lighting solutions that you prefer and why. So, what say you? Any suggestions?
I absolutely love them. I thought the Afterburners were a bit much. These lights really fill in the back of my Spyder and are a great addition as far as running/brake/turn signal lights are concerned. They really do look factory where as the Afterburners don't in my opinion. I also have the front A arm led's which are fantastic as well.

Those TricLED Afterburners look great to me and the 20+RT's can use more light on the rear to catch other drivers attention, especially in the rain or drizzle. I followed my 2021RTL as my son was driving it home in a gloomy, on and off wet day and the first thoughts I had were: this thing needs more light in the back. The Afterburners look perfect to me for this.
However, I will be installing the Amber LED Side View Mirror Running Lights and Turn Signals first. Both Sling Mod and LaMonster sell these:
The front fender-mounted turn signals on the 20+RT don't catch much attention from the front, aren't very big, and when I put a set of fog/driving lights on, I'm afraid the front signals will be even harder to see and they basically get lost in the glare of the headlights now. Seeing my son riding the RT midday, and how hard the front signals were to see caused me to move the front light upgrades ahead of the rear lighting upgrades...
Have any of you installed these mirror mounted front signal and running lights on your new RT? If so, what are your thoughts?
Thanks,
Rod

I considered the mirror lights but I don't want any running light on the front of my Spyder that isn't white led 5k Kelvin minimum. I sure wish I could find some mirror lights with switchbacks in them for this reason. I considered trying to modify some existing ones but decided it was too much hassle.
I suggest you look at the front A arm led kit. It is crazy how much they add to the visibility of the Spyder. And they are fantastic switchback turn signal indicators. I have had so many compliments on them along with the rear led strips I linked above. The thing that gets the most attention are my factory driver floorboard led's. Those suckers are bright! I will add the passenger floorboard led's once they are available.

I, too, have these lights (https://www.slingmods.com/canam-spyd...cled?vehicle=1) and I like them. Although, I bought mine directly through TricLED. Also, TricLED usually has a 20% off sale during Black Friday weekend. Something to think about.
