Near time to replace OEM tires
The have 9K miles on them and the back is getting a bit squirrely. I am looking to put some high quality rubber on to replace them. What is out there?

I think the OP was asking about Ryker tires. I could wrong though.
Rogue, the front tires are a proprietary size. We're stuck with the Kenda's. The rear, fortunately, is a different story. The 205/45R16 is way more common. I replaced my rear with a Yokohama Advan Fleva V701.

I had a Toyo before, and use now this Hankook 16" - much more grip and better brakes - also in the Rain !!

One might come to that conclusion given the OP was posting in the Ryker forum

HANKOOK is the way to go, the ventus is top of the line.
the funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it........

Another vote against the stock rubber. Both of mine have quite the offset on both where the mold halves came together during construction. Gotta think that would have some effect on the ride quality ...
PS - is this "normal" for Kenda tires?

Yeah sKiZo, when that goes round you'll probably notice it & might even end up chasing odd vibrations or steering issues, and left running like that for long enough it could even cause excessive premature wear in supension/steering components! . Sadly, that sorta thing is still often seen as 'normal' for Kenda tires, both OE spec & their Kanine Clones!
Altho in all fairness, I should add that it occurs far less often these days than it did back in the early 20-teens, and it's almost becoming 'infrequent' that we see any of the more drastic 'quality control' failures that most other tire manufacturers would call 'defects' & not ever let the public/any purchasers see!!

Yes, I have the Ryker Rally. I use it in wet conditions quite a bit.

I am using Achilles ATR-K Economist 165/50R16 on the front. I do recommend modifying the small bracket that holds the wire to the running lights as it is close fit. What I did was remove the clip and drip a small hole through the tab and zip tie the wire. I went to three different tire shops before I found one that would mount the tires. Big name brand shops like Firestone, etc would not mount them, but one of the local discount shops had no problem doing it.
