Default Can’t find VIN and I did look at the manual

I just picked up a 2021 RTL. I went to register it and the DMV needed to see the VIN number I looked in both places the manual says it should be. Any ideas? If you have a 2021 RTL could you take a picture pointing to where its located? I am 90 miles away from the dealer and really don’t want to make the run to find it.

    Pic is from manual

You only need to be able to show the frame VIN to the DMV of those states who demand to see it stamped on the vehicle and will not accept a decal sticker. The swing arm VIN sticker is about half way up the toward the front sprocket.

    otherwise be a vulgar brawl.

In Indiana you have to show it to them if the bike is from out of state.

I did find it. You have to look from behind the right tire. It’s on the frame running vertically. It’s just to the right of a stainless steel hose. The hose makes it easier to locate.
