Are you resizing down to "small" size? That seems to be an issue onsite.
sorry. not exactly sure, before I would just click on "manage attachments" and then from my iPhoto library click on the picture and it would automatically load. Not now not sure how to resize down, didn't ask before
oh well I give up...have to go to work, will try again later. If anyone has a link for me to read about this pleas e send thx

Perhaps if you explained, in detail, what you've tried and what hasn't worked. I don't know if you're trying to post a photo from a phone,
tablet, computer, Ipad, or what. More details are always better.
An HEIC file (photo) means you are using an iPhone and taking photos using their new file format. However, that new format isn't supported as a standard on the web (yet). You'll need to save a copy of the photo in a format this website supports. Certainly JPG, probably GIF or the more robust PNG, and maybe a few others.
I hope that helps!

--- Minor update/edit: I did some quick research and learned this isn't just an Apple thing. However, I still stand behind the rest of my response! :-)
I think the problem is with the .heic file extension of your photo. HEIC is Apple’s proprietary version of the HEIF or High-Efficiency Image File format. You will need to convert those files into the jpeg format so this forum will recognize them.

Will try to add more info and what I discover while researching this.

Ahh Ha! I think your on to something here going to see if an older photo image still can post here....(yep, old photos still work)......but now I can't post all the photos of my new spyder I bought last Saturday ..........crying .......if so it must have changed when I got my iPhone 12 Pro or with a software change
PS, thanks everyone for help, keep it coming also if you know a fix
So for those that have an iPhone and are experiencing the same issue as I with
not having Img or Jpeg photos and instead showing HEIC, there is a fix you can
do on your phone.
This worked for me on my iPhone 12 Pro max
Go to Settings, then scroll down and click on Camera then click on Formats there is a choice showing High Efficiency and below that Most Compatable, make sure the check mark is showing next to Most Compatable. Thats it!
Trying to get a fix on previous photos taken, and after spending two hours on the phone with Apple Support, thought we had it figured out, but this morning for that I am back to square one. Will call them again when I have more available time
Below is a photo taken just now with correct format! although the rotation is off
