What tire plug kit would you recommend?
I have no idea what I did with my tire plug kit so I'm going to buy a new one (which means I'll find my old one as soon as the new one shows up). What does everyone recommend? (Links, please.)
Thanks.

I don’t have one. In over 50 years of riding motorcycles, I’ve never encountered a flat.

I've always used the cheapo sticky strings with fresh glue each season and I carry one of the Xlime pump compressors.

I, on the other hand, have had several. This is the kit that I carry, along with a small Harbor Fright compressor.

One advantage of the Nealey kit is that the strings are used DRY, so there is no tube of cement that will dry out.

None are 100%, that being said I've used the cheapo sticky string plugs on trailer tires with a high degree of sucess. I also carry the slime kit with their small flat compressor and a small bottle of slime. The sticky string kit will also fit in the slime kit bag and it lays flat in the bottom of my frunk taking up as little space as possible.
Don't forget if you get a screw in your tire you won't get it out using your finger nails. Get a Leatherman.

Have helped others with flats and have experienced them myself. My Royal Star Venture seemed to be a magnet for flats. I Cary the Stop and Go kit and have been very pleased with it. Probably have used it 6-8 times over the years.

Dynaplug Ultralite tire repair and their Micro compressor. It all fits in the compressor bag and takes up very little room.

I worked in a tire shop many years ago, we used a plug kit made by SAFETY SEAL. Best kit available. $48.00 dollars, worth every penny

I have the pocket "Stop-n-go " kit. Never had to use it though. Mine uses CO2 cartridges of which I carry extras.
