I use Oetiker clamps also, but I do not have that special tool. I use an end cutter, but don't apply enough pressure to cut the clamp (it takes a lot of pressure to cut those clamps) never had an issue with them leaking. https://www.lowes.com/pd/KNIPEX-7-15...ers/1000698010
Yeah it takes really strong hands to cut those off using hand tools. I've had to use a Dremel with a cutting wheel in the past.
