    Default Help!!

    Gentleman,

I would like to upgrade my exhaust system on my 2019 F3 base model. I have researched many different exhaust systems and heard just as many sound clips of them. It’s hard to make a good determination with the desired results I’m looking for.
Here’s what I’m after in upgrading my exhaust.

    • A deeper and better sound but nothing too loud nor obnoxious
    • A performance gain but I don’t want to lose any low end torque
    • Overall improvement on the running condition of my Spyder

I’ve have narrowed down my search to the following two options. Below you will see a picture of each one and a URL address to listen to the sound clip of each. Please help me in deciding which one would be best for my desired application. I would also welcome any other suggestions you may have.

    1) Triple Threat bolt on muffler (no cat delete) from Spyder1 Attitude

    2) LaMonster Garage Performance Muffler (cat delete) but using the original factory muffler.

    Sincere "THANKS" for everyone help.

Do not delete cat if you want to keep low end torque.

I can tell you from personal experience (my wingman has one) that the one from spyder1attitude will be STOOPID loud! With or without the cat. It is basically a straight pipe. There is no baffling or packing in it! He has even added FOUR (yes 4!) baffles to it to try to quiet it down....

I run the Akrapovic Straight Shot muffler with an RLS midpipe and it is my nirvana. You can hear my setup here:

And getting your ECM flashed from WickIt Performace will really transform your machine!

For the price and sound I'd go with Two Brothers with the P1X sound diffuser. If you have surround sound go on YouTube and listen. There's a video of a guy riding his black F3 that sold me on the Two Brothers exhaust. The only way it could be any better is if some one made a Spyder exhaust that sounded like a Harley.........

BTW..........cat delete only made that sewing machine sound louder with the stock pipe, to me.

I went with the RLS bolt on called the Punisher. I really like the sound coming from my F3 Limited now. Not too loud but louder than stock.

I just installed the RLS cat delete. It has an expansion chamber and just one baffle, so it doesn't produce a louder sound. The exhaust note is lot throatier, the kind you like to hear when in a tunnel. I feel no loss whatsoever in the torque / power department - she still runs like a scalded cat. The cat delete weighs 5# and replaces a 17# heat generator. For those who want a better sound without an increase in decibels, I highly recommend the RLS cat delete and retain your stock exhaust.
