Reason: This is a 'How do I?' not a 'How to:'...

According to the shop manual for my 2016 F3T, P0107 means "manifold air pressure not plausible" (vacuum leak somewhere, likely enough) and P2279 indicates "important leak in the air intake system," so pretty much the same issue.

Thanks it only runs for about 2 mins cuts off long enough to get the codes should it be doing that.

P0106 Manifold absolute pressure circuit range/performance
Possible causes
Damaged sensor, damaged circuit wires, damaged connector or damaged ECM pins, ECM voltage supply.
P2279 Intake air system leak.
Possible causes
Check for cracked plenum. intake stub leak, between throttle body and cylinder intake.
So first look at the MAP sensors. Have the map sensor hoses ever been changed? If not. That the first thing to do. Replace them. Does not matter if you think they look good. If that does not fix it. Start looking for leaks.

I had a similar issue with our 11 RT. Below link shows the pics of ours I took when I replaced our vacuum lines.
