Spyder upgrade
well after "alot" of thought and consideration, i decided to trade my rt for a 2019 f3 limited. it took some serious thinking as i had my 2010 rt in great shape. i only had the rt since august. i purchased it with hesitation because the way it handled as opposed to my 2 wheel experience. after aligning it and replacing the vacuum hoses, and canister removal, and a bajaron spark plug and wire replacement, a night and day difference. after realizing what a great machine these spyders are, and seeing everyones experiences with the f3 platform, i looked into the f3. especially with the current rebates and money discounts. i thougt if i was ever going to make this move, i had better do it now while i can still get a good trade value and deep discounting on the f3.
well after going over the f3, fixing the top case alignment problem and top glove box latching, and checking tire pressures i was able to go for a ride today. this is a very refined machine! i cant wait to get through the break in period. i will try these next couple of days.brp put together a great machine.
i will give some further updates on my experience after these next couple of days.

Love my 2018 F3L. I had a 2015 RTS. The handling and ride of the F3L is so much more comfortable and sporty for me.

I too traded a RT for an F3. Mine was a 2015 RT Limited and I went to a 2019 F3 Limited The only thing I do not like and it doesn't really matter whether you go F3 or RT is the damn dash and the in ability to listen to music when using the GPS which is why I installed the Garmin Zumo 595LM on mine. I figure with the Garmin having both Pandora and Spotify as well as bluetooth connecting my phone to the GPS I can listen to music and the GPS interrupts when it needs to give directions. So far I tested it 3 times and it works GREAT. Not at all sorry for getting rid o my RT for the F3 Limited.
