anyone tried the ALTIMAX RT43 (H- OR V-SPEED RATED) - SIZE: 225/60R15 will it work?

Its a poor choice for an F3S. Significantly less traction than the poor OEM Kenda. The F3S is already very traction limited. I would suggest you look at the Yokohama for a real upgrade in performance and a bit longer life. The general is a good tire, just not the right application.
