    Default Newbe! First Spyder

    Hello!

I'm From PA and new to the forum. I just got my first Can am Spyder delivered Friday night 11/9/18 and drove it Sunday. What a great ride, first time ever on a Spyder. I got a 2012 RT LT SE5. Their are so many things I like about the ride and not having to catch the bike when I stop. Looks like the HD will be for sale soon. I hope to learn from the good people here what upgrades or DIY fixes can be done if needed in the future.
    Thanks, CopperSpyder

hope your rides are full and exciting ! ( don t panic if your cycle gives you warnings , just read the post here , on the topic you are wanting to look at ... my first cycle 2012 s-m threw the flash deal at me while riding , natural light , warning flashers , it gives you a start on the nerves , just pull over at a safe location check for any signs of trouble ... oil leaking water , same as you would on a car ... if nothing turn off cycle pull key out , walk away for about 5 minutes tops , then start her up again , worked for me any way , others have had same out comes , seems like a computer burp , like home computer " computer error , restart " type thing ) other than this you should have great rides ahead ----- in spring Indiana here temps might be 15 now !

No way! I lived in Carroll Valley for many years and graduated from Fairfield High School. Attended college in Shippensburg. I also lived in Gettysburg, Hanover, York, York Springs and a few other towns in the area.

Congrats, the 2012 is a great ride. To add to your riding comfort, you might check out my Seal Floorboards. Several thousand Spyder Lovers ride with them. The difference in comfort is amazing. You might want to ask others on the Forum, what they think.
    Ride in comfort,
