US Spyder Ryders new Long Island NY Chapter

Good morning everyone.

I just wanted to let everyone know that US Spyder Ryders has a new chapter on Long Island NY! We just opened the chapter, I’m looking to recruit new members. If you’re not familiar with US Spyder Ryders RC I recommend you check out their website, there’s a link to the Long Island Chapter and all chapters. This is a fantastic RC that supports Road Warriors and other veteran organizations.

I have UV Laminated vinyl decals and I should be receiving my 4” and 10” patches this week. We just started this chapter and in the process of completing our bylaws and I plan on voting in officers by the end of the year.

I post most of our info on Facebook, the website will give you some info/background on our club.

I believe I know who you are, I will not post your name here but I believe you and I had dinner at the opening ceremony. If so, I’m so glad you contacted me. I looked for you the next day but I know you had to leave early. But I spoke with a few people, I hope everyone I spoke with joins. Here is the URL for Facebook and also the website. Our Facebook page is a closed group, when you click “join” you have to answer 3 questions. I get notified and approve your membership. Clearly I’ll approve anyone who’s also a Spyder Lovers member. It is a Spyder RC, but everyone who wears a helmet is welcome to join.

If you go to our Chapter website, click on the “Home” button as well. The main page has a lot of good information on what we are about, charities we support etc.
We just opened the Long Island Chapter so I’m in the process of updating our bylaws. Once we grow our membership I plan on voting on Bylaws (make changes/add things etc) vote in Officers, Group Rides etc. This chapter will not be a dictatorship, all members have a voice and my goal is that every member has a great time and looks forward to our meetings and group rides.
