    Default Trip planning

    Hey all,

Lenlis seriously considering trip to biggest state.
    All options are open.
Asking if anyone has experience with this.
    we live in PA.
For us it's about 4300 one way to Anchorage and then explore from there...
Canada would be included if we take our spyder...Thanks

Buy a milepost magazine. It will discuss the trip getting there and give you all kinds of good stuff to visit once you are here.

MurphyBrown and SpyderAnn are good go to's. They were part of a group of twelve or so that came here in 2015. MurphyBrown was the organizer of the group.

Put Alaska into the search box and you'll get about 6 pages of hits! Some of them actually discuss experiences in making the same trip you're considering!

When route planning one thing that isn't mentioned, much if at all, is the speed limits in Canada are much lower than in the US, so you have to plan for longer travel times.
