My first stick shift was an Allis-Chalmers Model B tractor! My last one was my 2005 Goldwing! Even my Honda ATV is electric shift!

Learned on AMC Gremlin with 3 on the tree.
Most of my trucks throughout the years we're stick, until they no loner made offered standard transmissions.

The DSG on my Audi A3 with paddle shift, was nearly the same performance as a stick shift because it has actual clutch plates. Unlike many shiftable automatics which are basically slush boxes with different programming. The worst was my Murano with the CVT. Driving that was like having a wet sponge under your right foot, connected to rubber bands.
