    Default Battery tender hook up

I want to attach the battery tender cables to my 2011 RSS so all I have to do is plug in the tender.
Is it acceptable to hook up the cables to the terminals under the seat? Or is it better to have them hooked straight to the battery?

    Default battery tender

I use the terminals under the seat. I've had no problems keeping the battery charged that way.

    Default Battery

The ground side under the seat is difficult to tighten. Go to the battery, directly.

The “pigtail comes wth the tender. It’s just the wire that connects the tender to the battery.https://www.webbikeworld.com/battery-tender-sae-harness-installation/
