Default Fuel filler hard to open, vacuum in tank?

Fuel filler on my 2015 F3S is often very hard to open (after unlocking) feels and sounds like strong vacuum in tank.
Not sure if related, but occasional / random "clunk" from near fuel filler while riding. Sounds plasticky rather than metallic.
Also idling a bit rough, and hesitates sometimes on re-accellaration.
It's booked in for service / diagnosis, but thought some of you might have some advice.
    Thanks in advance , Michael.

    Default Bloody mud wasp.

Mud wasp had blocked fuel tank breather.
    Unblocked, all good.

did that take care of the plastic sounding clunks ? I hear it some times on the r-t , not sure if it is part of the lights body , high beam /low beam lens cover ...

    Default

Yes, i guess "clunking" was connected to vacuum forming.
