    Default RIP Patrick Contini

I just learned of the recent passing of Patrick Contini. His sister posted the news on his FB page:” Hi everyone! This is Tina, Patrick’s sister (biological sister). Patrick passed away early this morning. He was at peace with a smile on his face.” Patrick was a paraplegic who later developed cancer. I first met Patrick and his dad at our hotel during the Durango Owners Event. He had a yellow RS with a wheel chair rack on the side. His dad rode a two wheeler. Later on at the BBQ I hooked him up with Seth Osburnsen. Everybody knows SethO. Couple years later I saw Patrick at the Abilities Expo in LA. The AE is an event held in varying towns in the US showcasing the latest vehicles, equipment, etc for people with physical abilities challenges. On SL we call them Enabled Spyderlovers. This last July a living Memorial party was held for a Patrick and his friends and family in his town in Chico, CA. I was unable to attend but I heard Patrickhad a great time. He lived a full short life. Our thoughts a prayers go to Patrick, his dad, sister, and all. God bless.
