My 2009 RS SE5 rolled over 27,000 miles today. Running great. I bought it with 23,000.

What an exciting time for you to witness. After nearly 55 years in the saddle I still get excited every time I see the clock turn over another 1000 miles. Enjoy your Spyder and keep on rolling up the miles.

The only downside is the frequent maintenance we have perform when we roll up miles in a hurry. Small price to pay.

I am riding a 2009 RS Spyder that is only a couple of hundred miles behind you. I got it used with around 6 thousand miles 3 years ago. When I hit 27 thousand miles I will be ready for another oil change.
