Default Outdoor Motor Sports Saved Our Vacation...

Leading up to a long anticipated vacation my bike broke down. When the local dealership couldn’t come thru we contacted Outdoor Motor Sports. They confidently went above and beyond! I trailered my bike, that didn’t run, from Ohio to South Dakota not knowing if I would be able to continue on with my bike. Outdoor Motor Sports in Spearfish South Dakota welcomed us while Troy, Alek, and Kyle conducted a thorough diagnostic review. They went out of their way to order parts, stay as long as needed to make necessary repairs, and continued to keep me updated on the progress. All this to ensure that we could continue on to the 3-Wheel Event in Deadwood having a wonderful time! Most appreciated Troy, Alek, and Kyle at Outdoor Motor Sports!! Thanks again to the entire staff of Outdoor Motor Sports in Spearfish South Dakota for their dedication and honesty in delivering on the promise to get my bike up and running again which SAVED our vacation!!

Thanks for this really great evaluation of Outdoor Motor Sports. I had a couple of glitches with my Spyder that I resolved on my own,but was wondering who I could go to while at the 3 Wheeler Rally.

They were very impressive plus their hours were definitely geared to Customer Service.
