    Default Audio setting question

When we listen to our radio through our wired headsets all the volume is in our left ear in both headsets. What audio setting needs to be changed to correct the problem?

    Default try -------

try to locate balance , on the menu of the radio selection ! if this isn`t working ,might be the head sets , try working with one ( 1 ) helmet get it where you like it , and then connect the other one !

Knowing what model and year Spyder you have might help.

I do not believe that there IS any "balance" setting to change......so it might be a broken wire OR a bad amp.

BUT....two things have caused that for me:

    1) There is a connector on the side of the helmet mount where the mic and speakers plug into the cord. If it is a little bit loose it can cause one side to go silent.

    2) IF the helmet speaker is not mounted VERY close to exactly over your ear, you can't hear it even though it is working. Manually twisting and tilting your helmet can help tell if that is the problem or not.

Press down on the helmet end of the connector. It’s usually what happens with mine!

I have a 2015 RT L. There is no audio setting for balance. I don't find any issues with the Nolan helmets equipped with J&M headsets. Thanks for you help.

Good idea. I'll give that a try.
    Thanks.
