    Default Mother Nature has a good calendar

    According to all reports, the Monsoon Season begins here on June 15th each year. Yesterday it was 110 and bright sun. Today cloudy, 95 and a few sprinkles. Suppose the get heavier rain this evening and into tomorrow. This is the first precipitation we have had in well over 3 months. Just how does Mother Nature know.....?

    No rain yet in Fashionable South Tempe and my money is still on the 4th of July. Always seems to blow in just about the time the fireworks begin.

    It appears we are in for a cool, wet summer. A couple days of sunshine, and then a week or so of rainy or cloudy. Clouds here, make 60 above feel like 50. Last summer like this was 2010. Rained every day and reached 70 degrees a couple times.

    Currently Owned: 2019 F3 Limited, 2020 F3 Limited: SOLD BOTH LIMITEDS in October of 2023.
