Hypothetical Question
If a guy wanted to change the color of his Spyder RTL would be it cheaper to have it all painted or cheaper to replace all the tupperware.
Told my wife I'm asking for a friend.

It would be cheaper in the long run to do what your wife thinks is best, including leaving it as is.

Risk Taker
I've always been a risk taker. With my wife's permission of course. Love the Oakley, Kamas, Heber, Midway area. Done a bit of riding in the area but not enough. Started my law enforcement career in Evanston Wyoming back in 79. Had to move to St. George back in 81 to escape the cold of that area. Now I have to come north to escape the heat. Sounds like you have the best of both worlds.

Depends...
If it is painted by Michealanglo or Roger's Paint and Body shop...
1. If you paint it (probably cheaper than panels) that will be it
2. if you buy panels you will have two colors to switch or mix and match or sell on ebay...
3. if you wrap it you can always unwrap it
choices choices...I have seen trading panels with other ryders...

Wrap
Has anybody wrapped a whole Spyder? Or even a major portion of it? Would love to see some examples. Recommendations for a good place to wrap in the Southwest / Vegas or Salt Lake City area.

Check with Pete at Wrapmyspyder.com he is a sponsor vendor here and has some nice full body wraps but not solid colors. Mostly graphics but could do the colos you want probably....

Several years ago a Las Vegas friend had the same question, we took him to a local painter where he got a quote. We left the painter and went to the Spyder dealer where he purchased two new Spyders in red. If I remember correctly the quote was around $4,000.

Bwahaha both nevessary and smart! One can look for trouble in life or work to avoid it when unnecessary. I choose the latter!

+1
I wouldn't spend a dime on new paint. Instead I would consider a trade for a newer/new one or try to live with it for a few more years. I would be concerned that a resale a buyer would be suspicious of an aftermarket paint job and speculate that maybe it was done after an accident.
