Pre-Ride Squeak - Rear Suspension
Another quick question from the newbie owner to the experts.
I have just purchased a 2018 RTL - that I actually love. BUT I have one issue that I cannot figure out. Pre-ride, before the key is inserted and turned on - once you place you feet on the boards to get on - there is a noticeable squeak. If you make the byke have any up / down motion the squeak is very audible. I do not notice this at any other time - while ryding, after parking. I was thinking that the ACS has issues with no / little air it. Regardless it is bothersome to me and want to know if anyone has experienced this squeaky rear suspension. If so what was your issue. If not what ideas do you have as to what the issue might be.
Thanks for the input in advance.

anything with bushings, drive belt, airbag suspension, shock absorbers, these all have a certain "static" noise component.
without your RT running, you hear EVERYTHING.
And you would hear your car groan and moan and squeak when you get in, except the noise is outside.

I had the same squeak on my 2012 RT- L what I found was the upper bolt on the sway bar link was just snugged up and not tight.
tightend it up and squeak was gone.
