Question on fender tip lights 08 GS

Was wanting to put 194 led bulbs in my fender tip running lights. Do they have to have a resistor in them or can I run any 194 led bulbs in them. Was wondering if it would fool with the computer. Seems like I read a post about this, but cannot find it.

I installed a set of cheapies off of ebay, one worked, one flickered. threw them in the trash and ordered a set off either spyderpops or lamont, don't remember who, and they work fine.

I don't think you will have an issue .....but keep your old Bulbs just in case ..............Mike

Will give it a try. Didn't know how nanny would like the bulbs not pulling very many watts. Will try some and report back later.

I got a set from the autoparts store plugged them in and they work great. I also added red led turnsignals under the regular turnsignals and tapped into the brake lights with no issues.If you have an incandecent bulb in the system they work fine.
