HELP - 2012 RS-SE5 BRAKE PROBLEM - LOOKING FOR SOME TROUBLE SHOOTING ADVICE

Need some advice on how to trouble shoot both the Parking Brake and the Brake Pedal. Traveling alot of mountain highways and have begun to have problems with Parking Brake not holding unless I forced it down to the last click available and then it will hold the bike.

The brake pedal is also beginning to feel spongy and I have ISCI Floorboards and their brake pedal and and I now so much play that the brake pedal actually is hitting the floor board. Scary.

What do I check and is there any adjustments that can be made on both Brakes to eliminate the play and make both of them secure?

The parking brake has an adjustment at the rear brake.

& sounds like good look at pads & fluid would be in order as well. The pedal may be adjustable but Don't know for sure, was there any change required for the floorboards?

Have you followed BRP maintenance schedule? Brake fluid needs changing at certain intervals.
