Are there any universal fuel filters that can be used on my 2011 rt?

You can use a Wix 33095 or a NAPA 3095. Both are WIX filters. Tried some different filters and they leaked. These does the trick

or you can order them from BajaRon a sponsor here and get copper washers and new O rings as well as filter
