Say Hi to the Newest RT Limited owner

Well folks,

I did it today- I bought a new (Still in the box) RT Limited today. We drove a 2017 with 700km (roughly 420 miles) on it.

It was fantastic- I had my wife sit on the back of a F3 and the rest is history- She preferred the Rt seat.

Pick it up on Saturday. Can't wait.

I really appreciate all of your comments and help with my purchase!!!

And a special thanks to Ray (bcer960) who actually came to the dealership to meet my wife and I and also

did all the selling required. The salesman just stood there smiling knowing he was getting an easy sale.

I did however grind the crap outta them and feel I really got a sweet financial deal on top of a wonderful unit!

Now, I will start bugging all of you for help regarding accessories etc.

Beware of the farkle addiction, it's easy to catch and can be expensive. It's also a lot of fun to take a great machine and make it even a little better and totally worth it .

Yes I bought a new '17 after reading some of the comments about the dash and potential growing pains it might have.

White- Which my wife's favorite color, so all worked out just great.

Congratulations and welcome Bob (and wife with such GREAT taste). My wife felt the same about how the back seat fit on the RT's vs F3's.
And to the Spyder family TEAMWORK! I bet that salesman was smiling at first at least.....

Congrats on your new ride! Speaking from experience I would say be careful on the accessories until you are SURE you will like and keep the bike! I bought a new F3T one year ago an immediately put on $5,000 of goodies! Now trying to sell cause I just have time to ride it and will have to take a huge loss to sell! I hope you have a wonderful experience just go slow on what they call “Farkling”.

As I said in my e-mail, I have never accessorized any other vehicle I've ever owned........ but I've done a lot to the spyder, and not quite finished yet. It's fun, and very addictive.
