    Default Vin #

A while ago, like many, many months ago there was a thread about the Vin. #. The vin # would tell you what day of the week your bike was built, what month etc. I tried looking for it in a search and came up empty. So does anybody know what secrets the vin. # will tell you????

The Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) will tell you the build date: you can figure out the day of the week from that.

There are several labels on the byke that contain the prod date with day, month, year. The easiest one to see if it has not been removed is in the frunk.... There are others around the bike as well. And there is also a month/year date on the frame id tag, this one is harder to see. It is on the left side on the bottom frame rail...

There is a month/year date on a sticker on the left side of the swing arm on my '14 but no day. Thanks, Gene, I couldn't remember where the VIN info you posted came from.

    Didn't you mean "OCD disorder"?

And does that mean you cannot get a CDL license?
