Bell mag 9
Been looking for a new helmet, sort of like the Bell mag 9.
I see that they are made for the Sena s10. I already have the Sena 20s, has anyone adapted a 20s to the Bell mag 9, or is that possable?
If anyone has a bell mag 9, what is your opinion of it?

Hi. I have the Bell Mag 9 and I like it. It has a cutout for the SMH-10 and I don't think the 20S will fit in it. I also have the 20s on a different helmet. You can buy the the universal adapter for the 20s, install it on the outside and leave the plate in place.
BTW, you still have to buy the Mag 9 Sena installation kit if you go with the SMH-10. The helmet has the pocket but not the guts (ear pieces, mic, etc)
Enjoy.

Don't have the SENA unit but love that helmet. Plenty of airflow. Actually, on those cool mornings, the bald spot can get a bit frosty. Took the beak off, though. Just try one on to get the right size.

How is the sizing compared to other helmets?

Mag 9
Have 2 of them. Great for Florida summers. Get one size larger than other helmets.

Agree. That's how it worked for me, too.

Mine are junk, wouldn't buy again if they were the last helmets on earth. Everything has fallen off or broken off, the visors don't work, the side pieces keep coming loose and rattling and I think the fit is poor at best, probably ok for someone with a tall head as mine fit all the way down to my neck. Just my experience. Chris

My wife and I both have and enjoy them, MotorcycleDave hooked us up with all the Sena gear and we've logged over 12,000 miles with them in the last year, more before that.

What configuration do you ride with the most?
I wonder about being able to ride with the clear shield up in the visor, then the sun shield down. This way it seams yo would always have instant access to the clear shield in the rain. Does it catch too much air with the clear shield up?
Thanks
