2017 rt steering
Just got a2017 rt limited and was wandering if it will have the same sway bar or handleing issues of my old 2012 had , or have they improved ? I see part numbers have change for the sway bar at some time but don’t know what or if any upgrades were made. THANK YOU

Well....
They have improved but only you riding a couple hundred mile can tell. My understanding better than before but not better than the best (BajaRon) and they still have the composite hiem joints. But no issues on either...

You are the owner of the 2017 and you are asking US if it handles like your 2012 ?

Straight to the point. Nothing wrong with that.
What he is asking can't really be answered by anybody ELSE because it is subjective for each individual rider and each specific machine.
It took a lot more words; do you like my version better ??

I have a 2017 RTL. The handling with the original swaybar was shall we say loose, under sprung feeling in the corners with a lot of outside lean. I had the dealer put on the BahaRon swaybar and new joints and it made a huge difference. Bike stays a lot flatter in the corners - especially when two up.
