Default Snow now can't ride so I made biltong (Jerky)

Got some snow here in Covington Georgia this morning so RT will have to stay covered ...thanks to the snow and our "snow day" I made me some comfort food "BILTONG" or as you would call it Jerky.

Snow in Georgia, ice in San Antonio. Strange things are happening. But, given your circumstances your day's efforts look spectacular. I'd be happy to be your taste tester any day. Wouldn't want to accidentally poison your loved ones after all.

Climate change is a bitch ain't it? I grew up in south Texas, and I remember it snowing - if you could really call it that - in 1957. Strangest thing I had ever seen.
