    Default Hot Butter Rum

    The temperature here is in the 50s tonight and wifey and I just got back from our nightly dinghy (golf cart) cocktail cruise. Christmas lights are sparkling and the neighborhood looks good. We were on a Caribbean cruise last week. There was one cold blustry day at Key West. I suggested to the bartender that it was good weather for a hot butter rum. He looked at me with a blank stare. He didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I guess hot butter rums are not too popular in the Caribbean. Had a double Bombay and tonic instead. But, tonight, with a little chill in the air, the hot butter rum was yummy. One of the highlight of the Christmas Season. Cheers.....

    Christmas time cocktails are good. Peppermint Patty is my favorite, followed by Hot Brandy. Cheers.

    Snuggler----

    one shot ++ of 100 proof peppermint schnapps into hot chocolate. Whipped cream topper optional.
    Kaos----- Gone but not forgotten.
