Looks a lot like a Mustang to me but after some relentless Googling you guys are right, it's a fictitous 1970 4 door Barracuda. Here's an article to substantiate it. https://journal.classiccars.com/2017...970-barracuda/
I say fictitious because of this comment in the article.
Note: No real ‘Cudas were harmed in the process. The only part of a factory-produced vehicle used in the build were the B pillars from a 1972 Dodge sedan. Every other part, well, except for the engine and other such components, were special fabricated for the project.

You guys nailed it
It is a ONE OF 1970 Plymouth Barracuda 4 door,
Now I will be the first one to say I am NOT a Mopar
fan especially since Crysler Corp. is now owned by Fiat,
BUT this 4 door Cuda is very neat, quite a job to build
it is factory correct in every way right down to the offical
VIN number.
