Are you looking for a floor jack, or a bike lift that will pick up your whole bike?

An inexpensive floor jack from any auto parts store is more than adequate. To lift the entire bike I use the one sold by Harbor Freight. Sears also has a good one (if you hurry before they are out of business)

I use the Harbor Freight MC/Lawnmower lift, it works fine but for whatever reason, I am the only one in the world that has to pull the front tires onto two 2x4's then lift it.

The fit under the bike is tight but if you add air to the rear air shock to its limit, ~90 lbs, it'll lift the bike high enough to get the jack under it.

I've told my wife the Craftsman jack is my choice for Christmas. Stanley-Black&Decker bought Craftsman from Sears.

I use the Harbor Freight on my 13, no 2x4's needed, but my rear airbag is at 50lbs.

I've had good luck with my Harbor Freight lift as well. Just look for the lowest profile one they have. I haven't had to add air or use 2x4's on our 2016RTS. It htink there are a number of threads that discuss placement and profile of the lifts. Easy Peasy, and it makes those tasks much simpler.

Default HF or Sears Aluminum Motorcycle Lift

I suggest the HF or Sears aluminum motorcycle lift as the rolling aluminum models are much easier to position under the bike. The attached photo is of the HF model that I have. The Sears one appears to be the same other than a different set of front wheels.

No you're not! I have to do the same, else the lift is about 1/2 inch too high.

I personally like the J&S jack. It is a bit expensive but is VERY stable when the spyder is up on the lift. One up and the safety arms are in place you can spin and move the jack where ever you want it. The bike could be even stored up against the wall up on the jack as long as the jack cylinder has the pressure released. I also have the oil change pan than fits int too jack to redirect the oil into the drain pan. I used it on previous bikes and when I got my 2015 RT they built an adapter for that bike.

    Default Another for....

Count me in on the group using the Harbor Freight Jack. It's a bit on the bouncy side when getting all 3 wheels off the ground, but it gets 'em there! I also put jack-stands under the A-Arms and 2x4's under the rear wheel once it's up there, just in case.

Where do those stabilizer arms go, to prevent side-to-side wobble?
