Default Pegasus to Mt. Cook - NZ Rides

    Hi all,

to "baptize" my new 2012 RSS, me and my wife took a nice ride to Lake Tekapo and Mt. Cook, in New Zealand. The occasion was to join the Starlight Festival, an astronomy event held in Mt. Cook Village. It didn't turn out to be good weather for that, but we enjoyed the ride very much nevertheless.
A few links for background info:

All in all we did 800km in 2 days and came home with a big smile on our faces. We loved the ride and how comfortable is! There is no going back to 2 wheels now!

Shot a couple of pictures along the way as well!

I spent 2 months in NZ on a Honeymoon about 18 years ago....almost didn't come back. Went from North tip of N. Island to South tip of S. Island. Hiking, Mountain Climbing, stomping around on a glacier, River Rapids, Bungee Jumping, even a terrifying helicopter trip thru a narrow canyon. The marriage didn't work out, but the trip was one of my best memories ever! Nice people and beautiful Country. Lucky You!

Careful now, Hank........don’t build those bloody Kiwis up tooooooo much. They are already hard enough to control.

    Thank you all!

The Spyder is allowing me to take many more pictures then I would usually, for some strange reason!
