Do you recall what his labor cost was?
Did you buy the CB from him or elsewhere?

Rincon, if you haven't already purchased the CB you might want to reconsider or at least read some of the posts about them. They have been less than wonderful as SpyderCowgirl can attest.
2017 F3T-SM6 Squared Away Mirror Wedgies & Alignment
2014 RTS-SM6 123,600 miles Sold 11/2017
2014 RTL-SE6 8,600 miles
2011 RTS-SM5 5,000 miles
2013 RTS-SM5 burned up with 13,200 miles in 13 weeks
2010 RTS-SM5 59,148 miles
2010 RT- 622

Thanks. I've noted that (and I haven't yet bought one).

I got it elsewhere.
I can't quote the labor cost because the install was a part of the sales deal.
I'm guessing that the time required would be at least 3 hours.
A LOT of the body panels have to come off and wires run all over the place.
I ASKED them to verify with BRP that the complete CB kit that I got for an older model was infact 100% compatible with my '17.
Apparently they didn't do that.......or the guy I bought the kit from took some parts out of it.......because I ended up paying for TWO extra wiring harnesses before the job was done.
If you don't care a lot about integrating the CB with the rest of the audio system, J&M makes a good handlebar mount unit that costs about half what the Spyder one does. You have to get a bit creative when mounting the radio on the Spyder "bars".
And finally I can't give you a personal report on performance yet because I had a bad headset (extra cost) but there are 3 in my riding group and they all seem to work fine.
