I just got back from the dealer they said I have a TCM Code p099b and p099c does anyone know what this is or where can I find out what is means thanks

Download to your phone or computer the app "spydercodes" this will give you what it is and what to do....P099C is a Blipper selenoid implausible control intervention...and the P099B is for the same reason. Seems to be active when it should not be....Spydercodes gives some measurments you can use to check it out....
