Default For those that have replaced the rear shock

I bought a set of Elka shocks for my F3-T, and have a question. I have figured out how to get to the front shocks, but not the rear. I am assuming I will have to remove the rear cover panel in front of the saddle bag. Am I correct? Thank you for any help.
