    Default 2012 Block Off Plates

    Hello everyone,
I've got some info from Spyder Pops that cleared up a question that may benefit others with the hot right foot problem. I wasn't sure if I needed the upper or lower block off plates, especially since Spyder Pops website says not to use them together. I was just told that, on my 2012, I can use both, providing the splash pans have been removed. I ordered them both and will keep you all posted on the results.

I found with my splash pans removed that I only needed the upper one. When on the highway pegs my rt foot is just fine.

I have an RS 2012 and have both but I put 11/2" and 2" holes on the splash pans. Works great....

I find it curious, that the Honda Gold Wing has foot warmers, with vent covers that can be opened and closed, which actually keep the feet warm. But riding my 2012 RT-S, with no cover, on cold days, has no warming effect on the leg.
