    the biker did the right thing, never tried to confront just followed while on 911 letting them know where he is so police could find them.

    A "best case" scenario for sure. To many people are packing heat (legal & illegal) these days. You never know what you may encounter in a incident or road rage situation. The best situation is to report but do not confront. We have a system called REDDI here for reporting.
