    Default F11 Top Coat

Wondering if anyone has tried the Product F11 Top Coat on their Spyders, I went out today after a Sunday run, did a wax and today I gave a good look over and there were a lot of bugs stuck to the front. And figured if Top Coat was as good as advertised a lite wash would wash away the bugs and dirt. But the F11 Top Coat is a little expensive but if it works as advertised would be worth it. So was wondering anyone has tried.

I tried it. Its an ok 'wax' but as far as bugs falling off, no. I will not buy it again. Not worth the price. I just use Black Dymond detailer on the bikes. Keeps them shiny and clean. I do use plexus on the windshields though.

I use a bucket of warm water and a micro-fiber mitt to get the insect "wings n' things" and heavier dirt off, then I use a different mitt and Plexus all the body panels and windshield. Only need to use a very small amount of Plexus if I use warm water first. For heavier bug juice I just let the warm water sit on the area for a minute or so to pre-soak. All the plastic seems to sparkle after the above treatment.

For the seats I use Mothers Leather/Vinyl Cleaner and Protectant (which I already had on hand for detailing a classic automobile that I own). Seems to work great, no slippery seats and they clean up well.

For my black chrome front wheels, I use Armor-All cleaning wipes (not the protectant wipes). Seems fine.

How is F11 at keeping dust from clinging on your ride? At preventing rain spots? Regular carnuba wax seems to allow dust to stick.

I thought I had a case of it but when we looked it is FW1. A friend gave it to us several years ago, I always put it on a clean surface even though it says you can use it to clean and wax.

Best thing to get off bugs is a to lay a hot wet soapy towel over the bugs and give it a minute.

    Default Good stuff!

I use Top Coat and have used it on two bikes and both my Spyders. It's a bit pricey but works very well. You can't be stingy with it, especially the first time. Bugs literally wipe off easily with a wet cloth provided you do it right away. Dust will blow off with an air hose. Road crud will still require a light washing.

Well, I bought it, so I'm committed. Going to give it a try tomorrow. My main issue is the bike seems to attract dust even garaged. I'm hoping this will help.
Anyone use it on the windshield?

    Default top coat

I bought 2 spray bottles of it, and won't buy it again. Too pricey and isn't worth the money in my opinion.

I've used Rejex with pretty good results. Apply 2 coats, w/ 24 hrs in between coats and it seems to do pretty go
