Best Way to Show LED Bumpskid

My Wife and I are planning on showing "Twisted" (2009 GS), and "Snoopy" (2014 RTS) at a local car show this weekend. It will be the first time bikes are invited.
i was wondering the best way to keep the SpyderPops, LED Bumpskid lights on for show.
Would it hurt anything to just turn on the ignition, then start it every so often?
Any ideas would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

Keep an eye on your time spent burning up batter power, and you should be fine...
For every minute that it wasn't running: I'd give it about three minutes of run-time!

I ordered a remote to control the LED light. Maybe this would help.

That might control the lights; but you're still draining the battery.

The LED's draw about 1amp (from memory). Turning on the key turns on the LEDS and main console, not much more power. I haven't tried the radio mode - Hold MODE and turn key OFF to keep radio on; to see if that keeps the LEDs on. You should be good for a couple hours (with a 5 minute startup maybe). The draw of amperage from the battery to start the engine alone would power the lights for an hour or two. For example starting the bike, shutting it off, starting again. You can do that many times before the battery gets super drained. So I would reason you would be OK for a couple hours with the lights on - especially if you have LED tail lights.

Putting a switch in the frunk inline to the positive of the battery spliced to the positive of the LED cable would power only the LEDs, and you would fine for many hours if my math is right.

I have the LED bump skid, and it has a groove in it to add another strip. I bought a dual 12" white kit from Autozone, put one in the groove with some epoxy (had to widen one end a tiny bit with a dremel to fit the heat shrink on the end). Put the second along the backbone under the bike. Wired them all together using the 2-pin connectors, so if I drop the bump skid I unplug a local connector. There is a nice glow under the bump skid and along under the seat now. I left the key on at a car show for over an hour, started right up. Brand new 2016 RTS with fresh battery.
