    It would be nice if you could make note of the bulb that is flickering and see if it does the same in your friend's bike. That would be an indication of a problem with the bulb rather than it being a problem with the 998. As I said, I've no problem with mine but I've only got a little over an hour of ride time on them. Thanks, Bob.

    I put them in my wife's F3 and I have never noticed a flicker when she rides behind me.

    NOTE: The cam plate on the bulb can be removed to fit the rubber cover on the back of headlights. On the RT, the stock hard cover fits, but its tight.
