TricLed headlight problems ....
I purchased a set of TricLed headlights from another forum member. He said he decided not to install them. I have removed the headlights and I cannot get this black tabs to go int the housing to lock the bulb in place. I have a 2015 RT and the package the bulbs came in say 905B on a white sticker and the small dot is by 905/HB3 label. Any Help out there? I will cross post this in "do it yourself" also.
Thanks

Tight fit
Put the ballast on one side, the connector on the other. Rear cover will fit; I have done lots of them. Joe

I concur. Slide the connector straight down into the side, work in the ballast on the other side. It is tight but is does fit. Leave as little behind the bulb's fan as you can.
I've got the TriCLED lights as well, really like them.

Just Yesterday
I installed a set from TricLED just yesterday. the Right side just fell into place. the left side was a pain in the a$$ ( just like the fog lights). But it's all done. About two hours ( but I work slow )

I had the same difficulty on my 15 RTL. Then after about 5 months, both headlights failed at the same time. Since I had also installed the Tricled led foglights, it was hard to notice at first since the morning ride to work had the sun starting to come up. Tricled replaced the headlights immediately with a new style that no longer has the separate ballast. Also these bulbs are even brighter! The wire harness now has a braided covering and it all fits in the housing much easier. So I guess my main points here are:
1- Glad you got yours installed, you'll love them.
2-Tricled has great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.
3-For anyone that hasn't switched yet but is thinking about it, just do it. The led headlights are a great safety improvement. The new style is much easier to install.
