Not sure what you are asking. The bag that fits in the trunk/rear storage or the flip down shelf? Both will fit an RT. What year? Take a 2016 as an example.
As far as I know the only "luggage" now available is the rolling bag that fits in the Frunk. I don't think that you can get the bag that fits in the trunk/rear storage anymore. It came with my 2013 RTL, but all luggage was discontinued as standard equipment on the 2014's.

Is it possible to buy only the trunk lid organizer...if so, what would the cost be? I don't need the side compartment organizers.
