You might want to read the actual article before you comment.
It says, ' . . . recreational drone users . . . '
Somehow I doubt that an Amazon delivery meets anyone definition of 'recreational.'

That might be true...
But using them for Skeet Shooting practice should qualify as recreational!!!
It all depends upon your perspective...
