Default Power Commander V for F3

    Hi!

I have a question about the Power Commander. Does anyone use it for the F3 and how it has improved the F3 performance? I found that Power Commander has a suitable product for the F3, but I was wandering what kind of effect (and how big influence) does it have performance wise.

    Thank you in advance!

I tried a Power Commander V on a Yamaha Tenere. What a mistake. I was constantly trying to get this thing to work the right way. It was installed by a Yamaha dealer but just never worked well.

    Default MY 2 CENTS

My 2 cents = KEEP IT SIMPLE!!!

IMO, I won't be messing with a Power Commander on my F3.

Seems that there ain`t much F3 riders who use Power Commander. Is there any RT owners who can share their experience with Power Commander?

Me too. Been there done that when I had a Harley. Keeping it all simple on my F3. Getting older sometimes means getting wiser.

I have one with the F3 map on my RT been running its for almost 2 years now. I want to get a map more for the RT but the F3 map is fine for now.

It runs the bike smoother. Now if you are looking to do burnouts its not a programmer. It smoothes out the VE tables. BIkes runs cooler and smoother . Someday I may get the autotune feature hooked up and let it do its own tune. Unless someone has a Map for a RT they want to send?
