Default Lamonster LED Bulbs for F3

I had my 3000 mile service done and had the dealer install to bulbs. I am amazed at how bright they are in daylight ( this great ) and can now ride at night without the brights . Very nice, the dealer was surprised at how easy to install and how bright they are.

    Great addition, must have .

Thank you, as these LED bulbs are on my wish list too.

I have found that other drivers can see me much better. I added the Lamonster LED headlights and the fog light/ring combo for daytime visibility and people don't pull out in front of me anymore. I would strongly recommend both to anybody looking to upgrade lighting.

Why the fog light/ring combo? I went with only the fog light, as I could not figure why the ring would be better other than for looks.

I've got the fog lights and fog rings the combination looks better and I finished off the installation with the BRP heat shields for a more finished look. Whenever one of my headlamps burn out I will install the LED headlights.

Do you have a part number for the heat shields?

Whiter and brighter lights serve two purposes: Seeing; and being seen!
    The more, the merrier!!

Then all the ring does is make the fog lights brighter? I assume this is because more lights.

Can those with the ring, and those without the ring on their Spyders please post pictures?

That ring is more about helping you to be seen...

And it is a nice custom touch!

For the 2016 and 2015 they are 705008995 and 705008996. If I remember correctly they are $8.99 each.

Here are photos from my bike. If you look you can see how the heat shields give a more finished look rather than just holes around the LEDs.

    Default Found the answer

"These are great addition to be seen more but don't provide a lot of road light, the fog lights do that." (Lamonster LED Fog Ring Kit for all year and make Spyder f3 install video, Lamonster Garage.)

Okay, I did some research, and found the answer. According to Lamonster (see above quote) they are to be seen more, but not to let you see the road more. While the video is for just the rings alone, you can also buy the combo with both the fog light, and the rings.

Since I plan to leave the fog lights on at all time, it does not look like I really need to get the rings too.
